ShuttleOps: Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join , a growing start-up in the DevOps space, based in Oakville, ON. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be an integral part of strategy development and execution of marketing plans to create brand awareness, generate leads and promote our product. To be successful in this role, you will be well-versed in digital marketing principles and tactics, have hands-on experience with B2B software marketing and be able to turn creative ideas into effective campaigns. In our small but nimble team, you will be involved in all aspects of marketing – advertising, events, content, social, product marketing, operations, and communications. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through online and offline marketing channels. The right candidate for this role will be a self-starter, willing to roll-up their sleeves and get the job done. He/she will demonstrate the ability to develop various campaigns to drive demand and funnel conversions. They will have attention to detail, solid analytic skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of programs, technical skills to quickly adopt new trends and solutions, and a desire to excel and over-achieve every step of the way. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Include… Campaign planning, execution, and analysis across digital platforms Generating leads using a combination of SEM, SEO, PPC, and ABM-based tactics Measurement and optimization of lead conversion through the sales and marketing funnel Managing the content calendar to create effective touchpoints throughout each stage of the customer journey Digital analysis of the customer journey through our website, content and product feature usage to identify patterns Creation of social media content, press releases, corporate communications, website copy, video script and other marketing collateral – video editing a plus! Collaboration with SMEs in the development of writing/editing white papers, case studies Identifying, creating and measuring email automation that drives product adoption Optimizing messaging across assets based on target audience and personas Managing events, partner marketing activities and identifying speaking opportunities Developing sales tools including scripts, presentations, webinars, and emails Tracking and reporting the customer digital footprint and content engagement What Can I Bring to the Table? Degree or diploma in marketing, business, communications, public relations or related field 3+ years’ experience in B2B Software Marketing targeting technical audiences Ability to influence the development of thought leadership Copywriting experience that targets every step of the customer journey Experience with marketing automation platforms and WordPress Experience coordinating projects across stakeholders such as product managers, sales and support Why Work With Us Passion: work with colleagues who have the same positive energy and excitement as you!
